Sr. Compnesation Analyst

Essential Functions Collects, analyzes and maintains data to ensure the Bank's salary program is externally competitive and internally equitable. Completes wage and salary surveys. Writes job descriptions, evaluates jobs and recommends market based pay ranges. Produces accurate reports for management and identifies and explains trends.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements 3-5 years experience in a Compensation Analyst role for the Analyst position. 5-7 years experience for the Sr. Analyst position. Hands on Market pricing experience or the ability to develop salary structure from beginning to end (survey completion, analysis of data, recommendation of structure, presentation materials, etc.) Knowledge of WebRewards. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical, mathematical, and presentation skills. Ability to work with all levels of management. Strong Excel Skills. Familiarity with PeopleSoft a plus. Ability to work independently; ability to prioritize and to deal with tight timeframes and conflicting demands. Bachelors degree preferred.
