Sr. Compensation and Benefits Analyst

- Oversee all benefit-related projects, communications, and issues related to U.S. Cellular® associates. . .

Acts as Liaison between U.S. Cellular and parent company for benefit-related issues including associate communications, coordination efforts and plan design.

Leave of absence administration including vendor management.

Initiates, develops and coordinates all benefit related associate communications..

Coordinate the annual enrollment process.

Conduct functional competitive analysis reviews.

Participate in annual industry and non-industry surveys

Analyzes compensation information and administers ongoing and new compensation programs and procedures.

Coordinate the annual pay structure analysis and adjustments.

Assist the Compensation and Benefits Department on any special projects on an as-needed basis.

Evaluates jobs through competitive market analysis and internal considerations. Review job description, job content and determine FLSA. .

Manage a variety of compensation and benefit projects.

Acts as merit team member with such responsibilities as product and data testing, training, auditing, analyzing, documentation and other related activities.

Ensures HRIS data integrity of benefit and compensation related data through SAP updates and documentation. Utilizes the HRIS system and other software systems to analyze data, create reports, and submit information.

Ensure compliance with company policy and all federal and state applicable laws and regulations.



Job Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in related field

3-5 years human resources experience; with 2 years in compensation & benefits.

Excellent Excel and analytical skills

Excellent customer service skills

Strong written communications skills

Familiar knowledge with SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle or like HRIS system
