Specialist-Training/Developmnt

The Talent Development Analyst role will provide customer and process support around deployment of CSMS Talent Development initiatives.
The analyst position will support the CSMS talent development team in the communication, marketing, execution, and reporting of all training and talent development for CSMS.
The analyst position will also support the coordination of other CSMS wide initiatives.
The role involves close partnership with the Talent Development Leaders, Leadership Learning & Development Group and Relationship Leaders for the CSMS organization.
Delivering on deployment strategy to ensure high quality execution of all program components including:
Manage database including building, modifying and updating content.
Provide superior customer service to participants by answering questions and resolving issues via phone as well as Lotus Notes Mailbox
Coordinate training component of program by initiating class requests, monitoring enrollment and managing program logistics such as materials, venue set-up, etc.
Evaluate and report on deployment €" impact, usage, and costs
Liaise with HR training experts and ACS
Assist in the creation of marketing concepts and materials
Partner with CSMS TDL team on ad-hoc CSMS wide activitiesJob Requirements- Self starter with a positive attitude

Strong relationship skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
Customer Focus - Demonstrates a broad understanding of the CSMS business and uses this to anticipate customer needs and proactively offer relevant, flexible solutions.

Consulting skills - Needs identification, problem solving and analysis of disparate pieces of research and information.

Cross-cultural awareness €" proactively addresses cultural differences when implementing or communicating products and deployment strategy.

Teamwork €" works collaborative, seeks to coordinate and link efforts and resources across the business to deliver talent goals.

Drive and Determination €"shows commitment and maintains energy and commitment in the face of set-backs and obstacles.

Superior written and verbal skills, able to prepare and present a coherent set of recommendations to customers.

Technology €" High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite and Lotus N
