Annual salary planning
Global Incentive Plan (GIP)Administration of these programs include keeping plans on timeline, ensuring HR practitioners in the field are trained, technical support, analytics and audit.The department provides further consulting and analytical support on global and U.S. based compensation programs/issues including but not limited to:
Sales incentive plans
Special award programs
Protected class audit of salary plans
FLSA compliance of key positions
Creation of automated incentive planning tool
Internal and external pay equity
Compliance with U.S. labor regulationsThe successful candidate will:
Co-lead global ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) process improvement team for Rewards programs
