Sourcing Specialist

Volt Service Group, a national staffing company, is currently recruiting for a sourcing specialist to work temporary in our Eagan office. Job Summary:The Sourcing Specialist is primarily responsible for filling the recruiting funnel with qualified candidates for existing and potential job orders. This is a non-exempt position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Post open positions on Volt's and non-Volt web sites
Respond in writing or by telephone to job postings
Schedule appointments
Facilitate on-line testing and application process, as appropriate
Refer top candidates to recruiters as appropriate
Search/mine web sites for candidates to significantly enhance candidate pool
Research new posting and recruiting opportunities
Research and participate in job fairs
Update potential applicants from job fairs or other recruiting events in writing or telephone
Track performance metrics
Communicate with recruiters on current critical and potential new business recruitment needs
Source and communicate with outside Recruiting ResourcesOther Duties:
Provide back up for Personnel Assistant and Recruiters, when needed
Facilitate reference, drug and background checks
Check branch email account regularly for new job orders
Handle specialized correspondence
