Sourcer

Purpose:
Our client, a prestigious mortgage company based in San Jose, is seeking a highly motivated Sourcer to conduct phone interviews and set up interviews for hiring managers across the United States.

On a day to day basis, the Sourcer is responsible for screening qualified candidates for various mortgage and office/administrative positions. Since positions are located across the US, individuals must be familiar with utilizing various job boards such as Career Builder and Monster.

To be qualified for this position, applicants must have at least 6 months of previous sourcing or recruiting experience. Also, candidates must be flexible with working in a team environment that is fast paced and very demanding.

Since this position is an immediate need, candidates must be able to interview within 24 hours.
