Senior Recruiting Specialist

Administer end to end recruitment process from opening requisitions in collaboration with hiring managers to sourcing qualified candidates to extending offers.
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to meet client needs
Build candidate pool of diverse qualified candidates through creative and traditional sourcing methods
Build strong relationships within LOB supported including knowledge of business and partnership with hiring managers to ensure qualified candidates are hired in a timely manner
Work closely with recruiting associates to ensure positive applicant experience throughout the recruiting process
Manage workload to ensure recruiting updates and reports are provided in a timely manner.
Balance recruiter workload in order to effectively meet hiring volume needs
Address escalated client issues from either recruiter or client perspective
Responsible for special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed.
Ensure adherence with relevant regulations and client specific process compliance requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
BS or BA or equivalent work experience
3  5 years of recruitment experience or 1-2 years recruiting and 1-2 years sales or service experience. Technical recruiting experience strongly desired.
HR experience desirable
Well versed in high-volume recruitment process, working effectively with internal clients as well as talent pool development
