Senior Recruiter
Senior RecruiterA Major IT Applications and Software Development Company with strong off shore support has a senior position available. The compensation is open and will be based on your skill sets and current position. Your information will be kept confidential. Purpose/Role: As a Senior Tech Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, qualifying, assessing, negotiating and closing candidates to fulfill current and forecasted requirements nationwide. You will use your interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with consultants. The Company believes in excellence in client service. You will be tasked with finding top talent in the Information Industry, and your success will directly impact the company's ability to deliver excellence to our clients that are nationwide and span multiple targeted IT industries
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Understand the clients needs and respond urgently by recruiting effectively and in a timely manner.
Work closely with Sales staff and Account Management.
Source potential candidates by utilizing job boards, referrals, advertising and other resource pools.
Post job requirements on the Internet to increase candidate pool.
Present job opportunities to potential candidates and negotiate contract terms along with competitive pay rates.
Coach candidates through the interview process.
Maintain relationships with consultants and build new candidate leads.
Attend User Conferences when requested.
Hires passive employees from other companies (passive means they hadn't advertised themselves on job boards)
Works up and builds candidate network/database utilizing our company employees, user groups, conferences, and referrals.
Hires employees on W2 mostly.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge/Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
3 or more years of Technical recruiting experience, agency preferred but will consider Corporate.
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
Strong ethical standards.
Must be results oriented with a drive for success.
Must be a creative thinker and a good negotiator.
Must have strong MS skills and job board knowledge.
Must have proven track record of multiple placements monthly.
Must have knowledge/ experience of the Healthcare or MMIS industry. Travel Required: Recruiters must be willing to travel 25% upon request. This is to assist with career Fairs, occasional onsite recruiting and User conferences. Metrics: Recruiters will be measured by:
Timeliness of their placements.
Quality of their candidates.
