Center Valley, PA - The Sr. Manager, Human Resources will provide a strategic link between OHR and the MSG Sales / Field Organization. Perform the full scope of Human Resources functions for the Sales Group including, but not limited to, staffing oversight, employee relations, training, management coaching, policy interpretation and communication, compensation and benefits communication. Provide creative Human Resources solutions to the MSG Sales Group's strategic business needs. Influence and obtain cooperation from group employees in a positive and professional manner. Develop and maintain an atmosphere of trust with employees at all levels. Develop a solid understanding of the business and pulse of group employees. Oversee recruiting and staffing for MSG Sales. Work closely with MSG finance on sales compensation / commission plans insuring accuracy / effectiveness of the plan. Discuss Sales Compensation with Corporate Director, Compensation to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness within company guidelines. Resolve sensitive employee relations issues in a confidential, timely, and effective manner. Actively interpret policies and procedures. Coach employees at all levels regarding policies and procedures such as benefits, sexual harassment awareness, PED, MBO and other such programs. Identify training needs and actively supports and coaches the career development of employees (specifically Region Managers) in MSG Sales Organization. Identifiy and recommend changes to policies and processes. Perform other duties as assigned. EOE M/F/D/V.

REQUIREMENTS
(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED) A minimum of 7 years broad-based Human Resources experience covering, but not limited to core areas such as recruitment & staffing, employee relations, training, organization development, change leadership, compensation, benefits and career development. Must have thorough knowledge of current federal, state, and Human Resources-related laws, regulations, trends and issues. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate information in written and verbal form. Ability to influence, forge and maintain strategic business partnerships. Ability to interface with all levels of employees in the organization. Must be able to analyze data, create and communicate options to meet desired business objectives. Occasional travel is required (20%). Proficiency with computer systems, including Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, HRIS (preferably HRizon). A BS degree or equivalent experience is required. Master's degree preferred.
