Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Looking for a strategic and tactical HR individual who can join a team of talented high achievers to accomplish key business priorities in a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Company in the New Jersey area.The Role: Planning and direct support for all HR processes and programs including, but not limited to:
Guidance and consultation to senior leaders on HR strategies in support of business initiatives, employee relations issues and general HR questions.Implement corporate and divisional HR programs within designated client areas for performance management, succession planning, talent management, total compensation, and diversity.Provide consultation and leadership support of organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.Partner with staffing to manage staffing related activities.Provide leadership coaching, training and counseling.Excellent salary base, bonus, ranked flexible benefits package, retirement plan, top 401(k), tuition, EAP.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 8 years of HR experience required, from 4 to 8 years as a Generalist or Business Partner preferred.Bachelor degree of BS or BA required. Master's degree preferred. Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred.Strong knowledge of employment/EEO laws; breadth of knowledge/skills in HR core and functional competencies; customer focus; consulting and influencing skills.Strong oral, listening and written communication skills. Project Management, Six Sigma or similar Process strategy system certification/experience a plus.Experience working in a Pharmaceutical, R&D, health care industry with highly technical clientele highly preferred.
