Senior HR Coordinator

Purpose: The CMD Sr. HR Coordinator will assist the CMD hiring managers with the setup and maintenance of all CMD personnel changes and addition of new hires. Their duties will include problem solving, process improvement and perform assignments at the request of the front line supervisor.

The Sr. HR Coordinator will be expected to become subject matter expert on all CMD employee compensation plans which will be critical when problem solving offer letter requests for incentive comp employees. The position will participate and assist with primary corporate communications and will act as the support liaison to all field management personnel and facility issues relating to the requisition, offer letter process, and boarding of new hires.

The person in this role must have strong customer service skills, be able to multitask while remaining extremely organized, as well as effectively communicate with the field and CMD executive management. Salary is upper thirties/low forties.Classification:ContractCompensation:
