This will include implementing and enforcing a variety of strategies in sourcing, recruiting and on-boarding high caliber talent. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will also be responsible for recruiting of both very senior (Manager, Director and VP-level) positions as well as junior-level staff positions.
REQUIREMENTS
Specific recruiting responsibilities include:
?Identify sources of qualified candidates
?Screen resumes and build a talent pipeline
?Conduct behavioral-based interviews
?Ensure completion of the pre-employment screening process within strict hiring deadlinesAll candidates must have the following skills/experience to be considered for the position.?7 to 8 years (minimum of 5 years) of recruiting experience
?Corporate recruiting experience
?Knowledge of ATS
?Strong communication skills
?Portfolio sourcing approach (multiple approaches to sourcing)
?Experience working with all levels of management and recruiting all staff levels in an organization
?Full life-cycle recruiting experience
?Change-management experience
?Bachelors Degree
