Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager must:
*Manage the day-to-day interaction with our client, including daily information flow, problem solving, process improvements and general reports.
*Provide immediate front line customer service to management team, candidates and clients.
*Handle order requests from client
*Handle associate relations activities, communications, and investigations.
*Ability to conduct investigations, performance and coaching of employees, hiring/firing decisions, investigations and perform safety checks.
*Ensure compliance with contract relate services, interviewing, orientations, payroll and invoicing
*Ability to provide reports to Director level such as forecasting, financial and trend analysis, recruiting, strategic planning and local office plans
*Maintain deadline driven processes.
*Able to handle high volume manufacturing and call center environment

Responsibilities also include monitoring quality, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching employees, meeting performance objectives and more.
