Security Admin-Internal Apps
This role is responsible for the administration of security solutions that support Hewitt systems. This role will be an admin/analyst to grant and maintain access for internal applications.
Responsibilities will include monitoring incoming and outgoing service requests.
Will also maintain current audit controls for tracking and documentation purposes.
Will be responsible for the day to day support including setting up access, audits, revisions, etc. for internal applications.
Specific Accountabilities:
Responsible for ensuring compliance with security policy across applications such as PeopleSoft Financials, HR, EPM, treasury and other internal applications
Participate and assist in audit and security projects
Work with internal Hewitt groups to ensure we are in compliance with security policies and standards
Apply standard security practices aligned with corporate policies, standards, and strategies
Work with security analyst to implement appropriate access controls
Review, route and grant approved requests for access
Utilize security compliance applications to ensure appropriate security controls are achieved
Coordinate with IT Compliance, internal, and external auditors to provide test documentation
Conduct detailed or complex access inquiries
REQUIREMENTS
Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Required
Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Security or related field
Technical Competencies and Skills Required
Any of the following skills are a plus:
PS navigation, HRMS, Payroll, Query reporting, PS SQR Reporting, PS Security Administration;
MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Windows XP);
Lotus Notes;
HRMS tools, navigation, products and services;
Web Administration/Interface Tools;
Service Request tracking tools such as Remedy;
SQL skills
