Sales Recruiter

Conn’s (NASDAQ: CONN) is a Texas sales leader in consumer electronics and home appliances and is looking for sales professionals to join our team. Conn’s operates 59 stores in Texas and Louisiana and continues to grow. Conn's is a retailer established to finance, deliver and service many of the product's it sells.

Conn's is seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter that is seasoned with filling inside sales professionals to contribute to the success of one of the nation’s fastest growing appliance and electronic retailers. This position will be a strategic recruiting partner to senior executives within our sales organization. The Recruiter will develop recruiting strategies that effectively build sales talent for current growth needs and future sales opportunities at Conn’s.



Essential Functions:
• Utilize various recruiting methods including internet sourcing, networking and lead calling to source qualified candidates for positions.
• Implement effective sourcing strategies, pre-screen, interview and close candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates and recruiting staff.

• Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process for each open role by developing effective job postings, identifying appropriate/effective sourcing strategies, developing quality screening questions, etc.


• Negotiate and extend offers.

REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience or experience recruiting inside/field sales candidates.
• Demonstrated track record in creative sourcing and identifying best sales talent.

• Strong organizational skills, including follow up and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong relationship building experience.

• Ability to handle a heavy volume of recruiting assignments.

• Excellent time management skills.

• BA or equivalent experience
