Sales Manager

HR Systems, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated sales person to join their Kansas City team. This person must understand the importance of long-term relationships and be a pro at sourcing potential new business. Must be willing to make cold calls, follow-up, identify decision makers within small to mid-sized companies, attend networking events and be able to open the door for HR Consultant to go in and close the deal. This individual must possess a strong desire to get out there and promote the company. Must become an expert on the services of the company and profiles of it’s executives. We do not want someone to just “set appointments” for the HR Consultant to go on. This person MUST understand what we do, be able to understand what the potential client needs are and establish a relationship that will be long-term. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree required, but will consider candidates that have equivalent experience - Must possess a minimum of 3-5 years outside sales experience. - Background in Human Resources is not required, but highly preferred. - Must possess superb written and verbal communication skills, be very organized and multi-task driven, highly motivated, a strong public speaker, creative in their approach to obtain new business and be high energy. - Must possess a verifiable track record of sales production, as well as, large contact list. - Candidates with sales experience in the Kansas City metro will be given first consideration. The individual will be very generously compensated (100% commission) and will receive a phone along with expense account and all marketing materials. They will also be set-up to office from home. REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's Degree required, but will consider candidates that have equivalent experience.

3 - 5 years of outside sales experience

Backgroung in human resources preferred, but not required.

Must have a minimum of 2 years in outside sales in the Kansas City market
