STAFFING SPECIALIST-TEMPORARY STAFFING

Come GROW with US! We are a privately owned and operated full-service temporary staffing solutions provider and we are experiencing tremendous growth. We are in search of a Staffing Specialist to work closely with our client partners & our temporary associates.

Successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently in a very fast paced environment
and be able to prioritize responsibilities. Must enjoy working with people and have a positive can-do way of thinking, excellent customer service skills and the desire and commitment to be successful in the Staffing Industry.

As a Staffing Specialist you will work directly with our clients and temporary associates. Various responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
•Administer and ensure proper completion of the Associate Hiring Process
•Conduct interviews, identify qualified candidates and make placement decisions
•Administer skill evaluations & facilitate safety training programs
•Day-to-day client contact and relationship building
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for Success

•Data entry skills (10,000 KPM minimum)
•Professional oral and written communication skills
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize day-to-day responsibilities
•Proficient with MS Office XP, will train on internal Staffing Industry Software
•Must be comfortable working directly with clients in a sales / service capacity
•Posses a strong sense of urgency, exceptional follow-up and the desire to deliver superior customer service
•Solid work experience and record of dependability prior positions
•Common sense and solid decision making skills
•Previous Human Resources or Staffing Industry experience
