We are a stable, family-owned business with an outstanding career opportunity in the DFW Area. ******* STAFFING OPERATIONS DIRECTOR ********Our continued growth and success within the staffing industry has created a new career opportunity for someone who is well-versed in the staffing industry and wants to bring their entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to success to our organization.We currently have offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Alliance and Grand Prairie, and will be opening an additional branch in 2007. The chosen candidate will manage the operations team and will report to the Regional Manager. You will play an important role in working with the leadership team to reach our climbing revenue targets and will reap the financial benefits as we grow and improve our team.
REQUIREMENTS
The selected candidate will possess:~ 10 years of staffing industry experience, preferably in Office Professional and Light Industrial temp-to-hire and temporary placement
~ Experience in hiring, training, coaching and mentoring an operations team of 10+ employees
~ Assertive, goal-oriented, roll-up your sleeves personality type that is definitely a hands-on leader
~ Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and be responsive to your team as needed
~ Flexible to work throughout the Metroplex and be in every branch weekly (Houston visits monthly)
~ Work in partnership with Sales/Marketing Director to reach company-set goals
~ Strong communication skills, verbal and written
