positions will initially be
located in Glenview before
relocating to downtown
Chicago near year-end.

STAFFING MANAGER
Are you up to the challenge
of sourcing candidates for
executive, professional and
other exempt-level posi-
tions, as well as supervising
staff? If you're ready to
make an impact in this role
you must have a Bachelor's
degree in HR, business or a
related field, solid knowl-
edge of applicable HR laws,
and at least 7-10 years expe-
rience in recruiting execu-
tive level employees. At
least 3 years of experience
should include managing
others in a recruiting role.
Experience in corporate
and/or financial services
environment essential.

BENEFITS MANAGER
Take charge of this role as
you establish benefit plan
strategies that are relevant
to the industry in which the
company operates while
overseeing outsourced com-
munications & actuarial ser-
vices. To succeed you must
have a Bachelor's degree in
business, human resources,
or related field (Master's
degree or MBA preferred).
At least 10 years experience
with planning ERISA-based
health & welfare benefit
plans and knowledge of cur-
rent laws & practices
required.

PAYROLL MANAGER
Add your expertise & experi-
ence to this exciting oppor-
tunity by working with our
current parent company to
transition payroll and
timekeeping systems to new
payroll vendor. To lead us in
this role, candidates must
have at least 7-10 years
experience in payroll man-
agement capacity. Experi-
ence with payroll software
vendors such as ADP or
Ceridian is a plus. CPP pre-
ferred.
