SR Human Resources Assistant The Corporate HQ of Perkins & Marie Callenders Inc. has a position available providing support to the Human Resources and Employee Benefits function and assisting in the timely administration of human resources, benefits, compensation, and risk management programs and processes. Responsibilities will include assisting with the administration and communication of the group benefits programs including enrollments, terminations, COBRA, and updating Lawson payroll system; processing background checks and data entry and maintenance of the performance appraisal system; and unemployment claims administration. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years HR Administration experience. Other requirements include an understanding of windows based computer system and proficient use of Microsoft Publisher, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. If you have the above qualifications,
