REQUIREMENTS
FOR US – We need a true generalist, with at least 10 years (5 years management) experience in all phases of running a 24X7 manufacturing site at our newest location. Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations, Wage and Salary Administration, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Relocations/Visas, etc. You must be able to develop and administer presentations to managers and employees as required. You must be a hands-on HR pro, who enjoys “doing it all” in a small but growing workplace full of challenges and rewards. Degree and solid management skills are required. Preference given to applicants with the following experience: start-up; fast-paced technical, professional 24X7 manufacturing environment. Semiconductor background is a plus. Must be proficient with spreadsheet applications and Word Programs.
