Retail Operations Coordinator

Rainbow USA inc. is a 1000 store chain based in Brooklyn, NY. We are currently undergoing expansion and have created the position of Operations Coordinator to help manage the increased workload.

Our dynamic & energetic HR Dept seeks a Operations Coordinator capable of handling confidential information & communication, perform data entry, take customer questions & concern calls & report writing with other duties as assigned as needed. Candidates will have data entry exp, MS Word, Excel & Lotus Notes exp & will have great personal interaction skills. Candidates must also have a HS Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.



As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide excellent internal and external customer service, answer phone, process daily mail, faxes, print reports, and data entry.



Primary Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Customer Service, which includes

- Taking all customer phone calls that come into Home Office, working through satisfying the customer,

- Communicating to the Districts and Regionals

- Keeping the weekly statistics and sending out to the Regional Managers

- Tracking the customer service exceptions and following up with district and regional managers to keep the calls to a minimum

- Settling customer issues with gift certificates

- Reviewing customer satisfaction survey, tracking store performance and communicating issues to Regional/District managers



· Translate all of documents that are sent to stores.

· Provide secretarial support to the operations department

· Be the point person for store issues when Stores have exhausted usual methods of communicating with Home Office. Track issues and track resolution.

· New Store Opening Coordinator, ensuring that everything is set up for the stores, sent on time and that District Managers have a point person to go to with issues

· Coordinate all employee suggestions that come in from stores

REQUIREMENTS
Skills Required:

*Must be organized

*Must have great attention to detail

*Must be a team-player

*Strong computer skills including Word and Excel

*Strong verbal and written skills

* 2+ years of administrative experience with excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Bilingual Spanish / English


You must be self-sufficient, highly motivated, reliable, accountable and flexible.

You must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

Please has a strong knowledge of computers using Windows, including Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
