Reporting Analyst

Provide ongoing reporting support to the client, including acting as a subject matter expert on current reports and data model, gathering new reporting requirements, and responding to client requests for ad-hoc reports.Perform data analysis, reporting, and data management tasks using Excel, Access, or other database applications and report writing tools.
Perform quality assurance steps on data included in reports and data maintained in systems.
Frequent interaction and communication with clientDevelop understanding of clients organizational structure, maintain org structure documentation, understand impact of client org changes, translate org changes into technical instructions for offshore teamProduce Government compliance reporting, working toward management of process for AAPs, Vets100 and EEO1 reports. Act as primary Liaison to client HR, Legal, and AAP vendors.Proactively identify process gaps, data integrity issues and communication requirements and propose innovative solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business, HR, or MIS or equivalent Business Analysis or HRIS experience
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, developers and end users.
Mid-level MS excel experience, prefer MS Access skills as well
Experience with Business Intelligence Tools and Data Warehousing concepts is a plusYears of Experience
1-3 years of business analysis or HRIS experience.Education
Undergraduate degree required (a degree in Business, HR, or Management Information Systems preferred).Competencies:
