Regional Staffing Manager
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A REGIONAL STAFFING MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM
MUST HAVE STAFFING EXPERIENCE
POSITION SUMMARY OUTLINE:
Maintain current and develop new relationships with recruits from the construction industry.
Generate new job order leads through existing recruits, referrals, industry contacts, networking and your own creativity.
Market to existing clients and/or continue working established clients sales cycle.
Profile and interview new recruits for employment and properly match recruits skills and experience to current client needs.
Maintain precise records throughout the recruitment and placement cycle, through accurate and detailed document management.
Sourcing potential recruit to jobsites.
Enter recruit information into employee database.
Assist with weekly time sheet processing and payroll fulfillment
Must have existing client base in the costruction industry
REQUIREMENTS
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
Duties require broad knowledge of, and the ability to use well, the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of recruitment and employment typically acquired through:
Education: Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent required.
Experience: 3+ years business experience, in the staffing industry.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
MUST HAVE STAFFING EXPERIENCE
Bi-lingual a plus.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.Must supervise office personnel
Knowledge of other common computer software required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Aptitude for detail-oriented work.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, possible nights and weekends.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude while making numerous phone calls to potential recruits.
