Regional Sales Manager

Our solutions today power hundreds of successful staffing companies and 12,000–plus staffing professionals throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
VCG Software has experienced dramatic sales growth over the last several years. To continue our growth and market leadership, VCG is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for our Central Region to work out of our Headquarters location in Roswell, GA.
This position is responsible for sales of Human Capital Software to staffing companies and similar organizations. The scope of this position includes sourcing leads (we have a Business Development function as well) and managing opportunities by marshaling company resources to achieve successfully closed sales.
The ideal candidate is goal oriented and focused on quota attainment with a demonstrated track record of success in the recent past. In addition, the successful candidate will be an excellent teammate and contributor to the company while also possessing a “hunter” approach to drive new account sales. The ideal industry background would be successful experience selling Human Capital Management software and some specific exposure to the staffing industry.
REQUIREMENTS
•Strong opportunity management and deal closing skills
•Executive level selling
•Experience in the Human Capital Management area – Staffing, HR , Benefits, Payroll/Accounting, VMS, Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, Performance Management, Workforce Management, Time & Attendance
•Effective sales presenter & polished software demonstrator
•Professional business presence – written, verbal, in person
•Able to engage executives at a business and consultative level
•Complex product/service selling experience
•Proven contract negotiation experience
•Effective team player and company contributor
•Well developed ability to prioritize and allocate personal bandwidth to highest value activities
•3 to 5 years selling complex products and/or services – overall 7 to 8 years of general selling experience
Desired Skills:
•Staffing industry experience - large account/solution sales
Travel should not exceed 25% but will include customer/prospect site visits as well as industry trade show and association events.
