Regional Director of Human Resources
Horizon Bay Senior Communities, a national and well respected senior living management company, serving 48 communities throughout the United States is seeking a Regional Director of Human Resources responsible for the oversight of Human Resource related functions and services for region and be a key strategic employee consultant to Regional Vice President and Executive Directors---Guardian of cultural standards as set by Horizon Care.
1.Consultant to operational leadership in regards to organizational development.
2.Oversight of employee relations initiatives and response to employee complaints including integrity line calls.
3.Provide employee policy interpretation and guidance.
4.Coordinate and implement leadership development initiatives including supervision and coaching training, teambuilding exercises and events, and facilitation of learning resources.
5.Support the recruitment, selection, and new employee orientation programs of each community.
6.Conduct Horizon Care training.
7.Support the benefit administration function through education, enrollment, question and answers, and working closely with benefit third party business partners.
8.Establish training and audit process to support and evaluate the Business Office Manger position.

REQUIREMENTS
***********Senior housing industry or extremely related industry experience is required***********
1. 4-year College degree. Human Resource Certifications preferred. Expansive knowledge of human resource functions and law.
2. Must have excellent communication skills.
3. At least five years leadership experience in senior housing operations or human resources.
4. Computer literate.
Also, ability to travel at least 60% in your region.
Ideally we would like someone based out of either Cleveland, Denver, Chicago, Detroit or Cincinnati.
