Location:Brentwood, TN
The Regional Director of Human Resources partners with members of the executive and operations management teams in enhancing performance in all levels of associates. The Regional Director of HR provides guidance and direction to HR and Administrative professionals at community locations. The Regional HR Director implements, and oversees human resources policies and activities such as employment, benefits, workers'' compensation, training, associate relations, and communications for a specific geographic group of communities.
REQUIREMENTS
We seek the following qualifications: Must have proven HR Director role experience in managing multi-state/site HR functions and employee relations for 1000 plus employees.
Must have more than five years experience in a professional level Human Resources role. Experience in multi-site legal proceedings, unemployment hearings and workers'' compensation settlements required.
Strong background in labor relations is desirable.
College degree in related area (Human Resource Management, Business, Organizational Development, Pre-Law) is preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: SPHR or PHR certification preferred Able to speak and understand Spanish a plus Willingness and ability to travel 50%
