The benefits of working at Capital include interesting work, exceptional colleagues, a comfortable workplace, competitive salaries and bonuses, and health and life benefits from day one.The Capital Group Companies (CGC) seeks a senior-level recruitment marketing/employer branding professional to establish a new corporate function for creating and implementing the company's recruitment branding effort. The company is looking for a seasoned marketing/communications leader with an entrepreneurial spirit to develop and lead this program. The effort will include programs in public relations, media relations, marketing communications, community relations, special events, and recruitment advertising. The campaign will be tailored to each of the company's critical employment markets with the specific goal of meeting hiring targets with high quality recruits.Recruitment is one of CGC's strategic imperatives and this individual will have the opportunity to drive a critical element in the company's ongoing success. The leader of recruitment marketing also will assist in leading the growth and development of CGC's overall corporate communications department.Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
experience in managing external corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, media relations, community relations, marketing communications, special events, and corporate image advertising;
experience with recruitment communications in a high-volume recruiting situation or exposure to employment branding is desired;
experience tailoring corporate branding messages for multiple markets;
history of developing and leading the execution of strategic communications plans;
experience managing outside public relations or advertising agencies, with a history of significant budget and staff management;
exceptional verbal communication, writing and listening skills, including expertise in writing for print and web;
ability to work with a wide range of people in a collaborative, team-oriented environment; combined with a high degree of integrity, intelligence and dedication.Bachelors degree is required.We offer excellent salaries, a progressive environment and a premier benefits package that includes:
