Are you a staffing services/business professional with Information Technology recruiting experience and a background in operations or human resources? Tired of cold calling/networking for candidates, but want to remain involved in HR/staffing processes? Kelly Vendor Management Solutions (KVMS), a specialized division of Kelly Services, a $5.3 billion Fortune 500 industry leader, is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic organization where your innovation and recruiting process skill will be put to the test. You will be responsible for building partnerships with key decision-makers at the client site in order to grow the program and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will utilize your tactical abilities to accomplish daily objectives: screening technical resumes, coordinating program operations, negotiating bill rates, building relationships at all levels of the organization, providing consistent and high-quality customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have at least two to three years' experience in the staffing services industry, preferably in technical recruiting. However, will consider candidates possessing strong recruiting skills in other areas. Excellent interpersonal and customer satisfaction skills a must. We hire people who are self-starters with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. It is important that the candidate be proficient in oral and written communication, time management and problem solving. The ideal candidate must be internet-savvy and have an interest in learning about and working with a web-based technology.
