We are looking for a high energy, dynamic individual to join our successful team in the Northern Cincinnati area. REQUIREMENTS
General Description: Recruiting Experince a must! Perform all functions with regards to the recruitment of talent including, but not limited to: initiate contact with talent and follow up on all leads; negotiate work location, vertical market segment (hospital, correctional, clinical), specialty , pay packages, benefits, and completion bonuses with talent. Enter into an employment agreement and sign on the talent on behalf of the company. Represent talent to the facility and negotiate employment with the facility. Prospect new business with referrals from candidates and current employees, as well as placing marketing calls as needed. Negotiate contracts with facilities on behalf of the company. Manage full-time healthcare professionals while on assignment. Extend and retain healthcare professionals. Essential Job Functions: Recruitment Function: Recruit through various sources, to include our database, internet, referrals, advertisements, direct mail, conventions, and cold calling to departments, when necessary. Thoroughly interview and screen candidates. Properly match qualified candidates to open job orders. Determine the best candidate for the position and negotiate the package. Commit on behalf of the company and enter into a contractual agreement with the candidates. Ensure all new hire requirements are completed requesting and receiving all paperwork per client requirements and JCAHO requirements; reference checking, license verification. Coordinate with Housing and Compliance Department as needed. Management Function: Keep thorough notes in the TRM of all contact made with employees. Communicate with the Compliance Department and support staff to update employee files including medical records, credentials, and JCAHO requirements. Provide assistance to employees as needed, to maintain a solid relationship with Supplemental Healthcare. Conduct quarterly performance evaluations. Determine and administer annual increases. Conduct remedial discussion and professional counseling as needed. Discuss career progression and career path with employee Terminate employee as need Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Talents Education: 4 year degree or equivalent work experience Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members. Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner. Leadership skills · Must show attention to detail
