Recruiting Coordinator
Recruiting Coordinator Our client is hiring at a rapid pace and they need a qualified individual to work with the hiring managers to coordinate their schedules. The growth in the next two years is expected to increase from 160 to 600 employees.
The Recruiting Coordinator:
Is responsible for the administration of employment processes in accordance with the company hiring guidelines and policies.
Will provide support to the Staffing function in various, customer-serving aspects of employment from scheduling/coordinating all phases of interviews through the offer process.
Will interact with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates.
Will contribute to the overall success of the Staffing group by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the Recruiting Process.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining responsibility for entry, maintenance and integrity of data in ATS and producing ad hoc recruiting reports.
Communicating professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Performing various administrative duties that support the recruitment function.
Creating and maintaining job postings on external job board websites.
Participating on process development and process improvement teams.
Creating and maintaining job postings on external job board websites.
Creating and distributing employment-related correspondence, e.g., applications, forms, offer letters, and new hire materials.
Initiation of background investigations.
Supporting recruiting functions with recruiting processes that include:
Scheduling interviews.
Organizing travel arrangements for candidates.
Reserving conference rooms.
Preparing offer letters.

This is an estimated 3-18 month contract position, through Volt Technical Resources - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, based in Raleigh, NC. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Southeast.
Requirements:
3+ years experience providing advanced administrative and operations support in a Staffing Organization.
3 to 5 years of experience with Outlook.
Must be proficient with:
Word
Excel
PowerPoint
ATS systems
