The Position: The nurse recruiter will focus on the recruitment of Registered Nurses for our New York City operations, including:

Identifying and recruiting RNs from a variety of sources and facilitate the application process
Initiate and maintain contact with candidates via phone, email and written correspondence
Lead our Nurse Ambassador program, job fair teams, and otherwise provide a mentoring relationship with candidates during the application and orientation process

REQUIREMENTS
NYS RN license prefered; BSN, BA or BS degree and 1-2 years recruitment experience required; familiar with MS Word and Outlook. Must be outgoing, organized and able to manage multiple projects.
