Responsible for high volume recruiting of Retail Sales Representatives and Customer Care Representatives for our retail channel in the NY Metro Region

Partners with HR Consultants to effectively address staffing needs- Performs all aspects of the staffing process: posting, sourcing, screening and interviewing, offer letters, new hire packets and background checks and drug screens. Arranges attendance at job fairs, college recruiting and open houses as well as interfaces with consultants to uncover the best cost recruiting initiatives.

Bilingual - Fluent in speaking and writing in both English and Spanish not mandatory but preferred.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

2 years Human Resources experience with at least 1 year of sourcing/recruiting experience required.

Bilingual - Fluent in speaking and writing in both English and Spanish preferred.

Strong computer skills and ability to utilize HRIS system; PeopleSoft experience preferred; proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong analytical and problem solving skills needed to generate reports and make recommendations for courses of action based upon data

Knowledge of federal and state employment laws

Superior verbal, written and presentation skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Facilitation/training skills preferred
