The country's fastest growing transportation company is currently looking for a Recruiter or HR Representative! This is an entry level HR position with plenty of opportunity for advancement and growth. This position will be responsible for the sourcing and selection of package handlers, clerks, exempt and non-exempt employees.



Job fairs, open houses, source visits and direct recruiting will all be a significant portion of this position. The Recruiter position will also conduct interviews, maintain the applicant database and conduct facility tours and orientations. This is a hands on opportunity that will allow you to develop your HR skills.

Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Strong work ethic, availability to work flexible hours when needed (i.e. occasional weekend job fair, company function)
1-4 years HR Experience
