As a Recruiter for this busy market you will have the responsibility to create, maintain, and increase branch profitability. This is accomplished by matching the skills of employees to customer requirements, maintaining account relationships and continually bringing in new applicants to meet existing and future client staffing needs. Specifically you will be working daily with candidates and client companies to coordinate interviews, ensuring the "right match" so that job requisitions are being filled in a timely manner. Requirements:

Prior recruiting experience a must. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. Successful candidates will be highly motivated and have a competitive spirit. Additional requirements include strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to quality. Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and possess intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Must pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen requirements.
