RESOURCE STAFFING MANAGER-METAIRIE, LA-RELOCATION AVAILABLE!
FMCNA is currently seeking a Resource Staffing Manager to work with our South Business Unit based in Metairie, LA. RELOCATION AVAILABLE-COME BACK HOME!RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Hiring and retaining quality medical professionals to place in approximately 300 facilities in the Gulf States region.2. Developing and nurturing relationships with candidates, managers, executives, external agencies, and staffing vendors.
3. Promoting the UltraCare standard of excellence in our staffing and recruitment practices.
The successful candidate will conceive and implement, jointly with line management, international and internal recruitment program initiatives to fill vacant positions in the areas of nursing and patient care technicians. This position also recruits and staffs the Business Unit Financial Center, and other support positions.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
3-5 years progressive healthcare recruitment and employment staffing experience; multi-site, clinical recruitment experience preferred.Work ethics and performance indicating independent, multi-tasking, sales, and marketing oriented abilities.Capable of working in remote or inter-office, fast-paced environments.Possess working knowledge of international recruitment and U.S. immigration processes and standardsDemonstrate efficient, professional communication abilities to applicants, managers, and executives.Well-versed in contract, wage, and benefit negotiations.Be efficient in developing strategic methods for employment staffing and recruitment for large, healthcare organizations.Capable of conducting internet searches to establish large candidate databases.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Master's degree preferred, not required.HR professional certification a plus.The ideal candidate must have experience in recruiting, interviewing, qualifying, and selecting applicants.
