RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST San Juan Regional Medical Center has an opening for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist is a critical member of the HR/Recruitment team and must possess a high level of professionalism and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include : Providing oversight for overall administration of recruitment processes and program under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager. Working directly with department managers to address the organization's recruitment needs. Conducting Professional Staff recruitment activities and coordination of traveler/contract staff placements. Assist HR Manager with HR and Recruitment issues, programs, etc. as needed. Required Qualifications include : Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field required. Minimum of 2 years work experience in an administrative/profession al office setting. Direct Human Resources & Health Care experience preferred. Personnel recruitment experience desirable.
