Professional Recruiter

Professional RecruiterMega Capital Funding is currently looking for a professional recruiter to work in our corporate office in Woodland Hills. This position is responsible for all stages of the hiring process for primarily single incumbent positions including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, extending, negotiating and closing offers and completing on-boarding documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Professional Recruiter Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4 + years of results oriented recruiting experience, including previous demonstrated experience with creative sourcing methods via networking, organizations, internet sourcing, referrals and direct recruiting. •Proven ability to develop strong business partnerships with client groups and be effective at consulting and making recommendations to hiring managers based on your industry knowledge/experience. •Provide outstanding customer service to the candidates as well as client base. •Excellent communication, organizational, presentation and customer service skills. •PC proficiency in Word, Excel, and Internet recruiting. •Strong interviewing/assessment skill and ability to influence and close candidates in highly competitive situations.
