Responsible for the implementation and administration of company human resources policies and programs in a plant or distribution facility(s). Responsibilities may include: employee selection and placement; training; wage, salary and benefits administration; equal employment opportunity and affirmative action; employee and labor relations; employee services; and health and safety.
REQUIREMENTS
BS Degree in Human Resources or equivalent with preference given to candidate with 4+ years of HR management or equivalent experience. Experience in Lean Techiques would be a plus.
