Plant Human Resource Manager - Unionized

Our client is a 220 employee plant operation. The HR Manager will report to the Plant Manager and be responsible for leading all human resource efforts at this location. The plant is part of a 13 plant organzation with sales of $300mm. Divisonal headquarters are located in Louisville, Kentucky. The parent company, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee is a public traded , (NYSE) manufacturer of filtration and speciality packaging products
REQUIREMENTS
minimum of 5 years HR experience with at least two years in a supervisary role. Experience in labor relations, training, staffing, benefit administration is required.

Successful candidate will be career oriented and possess strong leadership and technical abilities.
