Plant HR Manager

Manage a complete Human Resource function within the plant. Supervise at least 3 direct reports to achieve excellence within the HR function. Assist with managing the plant in a proactive manner by thinking broader than the function and making operational suggestions. Be an active team player.

REQUIREMENTS
MUST have served at least 3 years as Plant HR Manager in a manufacturing environment and have a broad generalist background. Textile experience is a plus. MUST have at least a Business or Human Resources BS degree (PHR or SPHR certification is a plus). A "Hands-On" management style is preferred.
