In this role you will get the opportunity to lead/oversee the Personnel Department of well established Specialty Contractor with outstanding track record in the Hydrocarbon Processing Industries served. Position reports to the President and supervises 10 employees including Personnel Coordinators and Warehouse staff.RESPONSIBILITIES
Staffing of field personnel for all Koch Specialty Plant Services, Projects
Maintenance of the Temporary Labor Force Pool
Ensure that all applicants in the pool have proper certifications needed for each job
Maintain performance data on all temporaries to ensure the best are active
Ensure that safety is an expectation and condition of employment
Ensure that all actions are in compliance with Koch Standards
Oversee and coordinate the hiring process between field offices to ensure consistent company policies and practices
Own the policies and procedures that affect Personnel (travel, per Diem's, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
Travel Percentage: 0%5 years of previous HR experience concentrating on staffing and maintenance work
Bachelor¡¦s degree in a related area
Excellent communication skillsStrong compliance focus
