Kelly Services is a U.S. based Fortune 500 Company and is a global staffing provider. We are currently seeking an experienced Partnered Staffing Account Manager to join our N.J. team. This is an exciting opportunity at a major client in Morris County. The responsibilities for this position include: interviewing and selecting highly qualified temporary employee's, conducting orientations, serving as an escalation point of contact for issues and then ensuring proactive resolutions, monitoring contract compliance and meeting operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong recruiting experience, customer focus, relationship building and communication skills. A degree in Human Resources or business and 2 years of On-Site staffing industry experience is preferred.
