This role has a client-driven focus which includes taking and filling orders for supplemental staffing, order lifecycle management, problem resolution, business development, contract/agreement compliance and reporting/account business reviews. The Integrated Account Coordinator also drives contingent employee-related service such as hiring, training, orientation, problem resolution and employee relations management. The incumbent's performance level is a key determinant in the client's perception of our company, therefore, they must continually strive to meet and exceed expectations.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess at least two years experience in a human resources or customer support role. Experience servicing and supporting government programs is desired. Candidates must be able to comprehend and function within a variety of disciplines supporting multiple business units of the company while demonstrating with equal effectiveness and accountability under multiple managers. The key competencies for the Integrated Account Coordinator include the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously with acute attention to detail. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate a strong customer focus, flexibility, team orientation and technical proficiency (i.e., computer skills).For consideration, please apply online.
