Part Time HR Manager

Marantec America Corporation, a US subsidiary of a German company, is the fastest growing manufacturer of garage door openers in North America. We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to work with our management group. At present this position is part time with anticipated growth into full time in the near future. This is an excellent opportunity for telecommuting with one-two days per week in the office and much of the work completed from home. Relocating to new office building in Gurnee next week. REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience in managing a human resource function including recruiting, payroll processing, various required records/reports, developing and maintaining employee manual, employee relation issues and managing benefit programs (health insurance, 401K, vacation etc).
