An understanding of how Human Resources decisions support the overall strategic vision of the organization is vital.Qualified HR Manager Candidate Responsibilities/Duties include:
•Implementing the talent acquisition brand and advertising strategy
•Assuring the HR services, programs and processes are implemented and operating in a consistent manner
•Establishing training and development programs for employees as needed
•Providing Generalist support to assigned region
•Delivering training and development programs and compliance related programs to support the personal and professional growth of managers
•Providing coaching, counseling and direction to internal clients when necessary
•Reviewing compensation to ensure equitable pay
•Maintaining active awareness of link between HR function and overall business agenda make decisions accordingly
•Analyzing and resolving novel and complex work issues and interposal issues on a daily basis
Qualified HR Manager Candidates must possess:•5-7 years of multi-unit human resources experience in the service industry with a proven HR generalist background is required. Restaurant or retail experience preferred
•Creative approach to HR along with a knowledge of Foodservice/Hospitality industry is helpful
•Strong relationship building capability; internal and external•Solid business acumen•Strong planning, organizing and time management skills•Experience in labor relations both with union/non-union employees
•Willingness to travel up to 50%
•Bachelor’s Degree Required
