As a member of our exclusive team, you'll enjoy exceptional rewards and growth opportunities.We need a talented individual to fill the role of Organization Development Specialist.The Organization Development Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs and processes that drive performance culture with the objective of building an overall talent pipeline within the organization. In addition, this position is responsible for providing consulting, facilitation, and leadership development coaching services to business/division leaders as necessary.Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Drives organization development initiatives, including the development of performance management, talent management and development, associate engagement, and executive development processes, to support company goals and objectives throughout the organization.
Develops innovative strategies to ensure that the organization has the necessary core competencies and measurements to meet current and future business objectives.
Develops leadership competencies for the organization and integrates competencies in all other related organization development processes.
Develops, implements, and manages an executive development process, which includes assessment, feedback, development planning, and coaching.
Develops, implements, and manages the 360 feedback process for key leaders.
Create, implement, and manage the talent pipeline process, including the top 100 leaders program.
Manages the associate engagement survey, feedback, and action planning process.
Identifies technology, tools, and systems to facilitate an integrated performance management and talent development process.
Manages external vendor and partner relationships to drive results and accountability.
Maintains awareness of industry trends and benchmark data in order to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of organization development solutions and processes.
Designs and conduct needs assessment with business/division leaders and to identify additional organization development needs as appropriate.
Educates the organization on organization development principles, processes, and programs.
Develops and implements robust measurements and metrics to evaluate the execution of performance management processes throughout the organization.
Collaborates, coaches, and mentors HR colleagues on organization development programs and processes to ensure consistent and effective implementation across the organization.
Establishes, manages, and monitors an internal mentoring program.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years experience in implementing or leading organization development processes and programs within an organization
Experience in management of large-scale organizational change initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change and influence the adoption of new ideas.
Experience in “start up” or building an HR/OD function from the ground floor.
Strong business acumen, results-driven and metrics focused.
Excellent performance consulting and client engagement skills
Ability to navigate, influence change, and establish priorities in an often ambiguous environment
Knowledge and experience with performance measurement systems and HR metrics.
Knowledge and experience with talent management systems and processes.
Unquestionable business and personal integrity and values congruent with those of the organization
Proven exceptional communication skills, especially when interacting with Senior Leadership is imperative.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong service orientation, and strong social interaction skills and self-confidence.
Advanced degree in related discipline (organizational development, organizational behavior, administrative leadership, human resources or a related field) preferred.In our friendly, business casual environment, we offer highly competitive compensation with excellent benefits including a matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
