Work with a very large local client of ours in the Bolingbrook/Romeoville area in identifying and filling staffing needs. Monitor worksite performance of employees to ensure and promote the highest in client satisfaction. As a dominant player in the industry, you’ll be supported by an experienced team of sales and staffing professionals, as well as the progressive CBS University, which encourages a spirit of continuous learning.

If you have experience recruiting for any of the following positions, this is the job for you: Pickers, Packers, Material Handlers, Forklift, and more. Sitting out on client site you will be employed by Venturi but in front of our client on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include a background in staffing, however, we will consider general HR background and customer service backgrounds as well. Professionalism, personal integrity, and dedication required.
