Nurse Staffing Coordinator, Staffer

We specialize in temporary placement of Nurses nationwide. We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are looking for Staffing Coordinator.
Major duties and responsibilities include:
•Matching applicant’s experience with clients required skills.
•Market hospitals for their daily staffing needs.
•Call nurses for their availability.
•Coordinate with credentialing department for updates.
•Meet staffing goals set by department.
•Manage several job duties at once and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
•Computerized staffing and data tracking.
Staffing Coordinator would be experienced in providing the highest quality of customer service, be a team player with positive and upbeat personality and aggressive inside sales.
In addition possess administrative skill, be well organized, have ability to build long term relationships with clients/ applicants and sell our services via the telephone and in person contacts.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have at least three years of experience in Nurse Staffing and must possess a thorough knowledge of different kinds of Healtcare Professionals, credentials required to work in Hospitals, and various shifts offered.

Must have good and working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, emails.

Must have an outgoing and extremely positive and charming personailty and must have a great outlook in life as this is a sales position to offer shifts to employees to work.
