Nurse Recruitment Manager

The Nurse Recruitment Manager also known as our Contract Solutions Manager is responsible for working with clients to identify and fill open contract opportunities. The Contract Solutions Staffing Manager will maintain professional follow-up and quality assurance with both clients and contract employees, consistent with regulatory compliance and Medical Staffing Network policies, procedures, and standards.

This position reports to the Branch Manager or Office Manager depending on the office structure.

This position takes contract opening requests from facilities using open ended questions and good listening skills to determine needs and look for additional business opportunities.

Create interest and increase employee pool for potential contract employees. This includes, but is not limited to: recruitment of new employees and follow-up on inactive employees.

Offers 4-13 week assignment opportunities to qualified health care staff to fill client openings. Replaces qualified staff to fill requests as needed.

Build relationships with both clients and employees by acting as a sounding board and liaison between facility and Medical Staffing Network as needed. Makes client and employee contact to monitor satisfaction and services as per MSN’s policies and procedures.

Coordinates and processes calls/notifications for contract openings. Initiates and maintains documentation as needed including but not limited to: Employee contracts and weekly contract reports as determined by Branch/Office Manager. Inputs employee schedules and changes as needed.

Works with human resources/staffing as needed to ensure proper credentials are obtained prior to acceptance of contract assignment.

Works with Branch Manager to set goals for weekly revenue.

The branch works together as a team. The Contract Solutions Manager will have direct contact with clients and field staff on a daily basis and will communicate changes that affect the office, as required.

Upon request of the Branch/Office Manager the FlexTerm Staffing Manager will handle administrative duties and provide back up support with additional functions as required to maintain office operations.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires at LEAST 2 years of health care experience, preferably in the staffing or contracting areas. Strong human relations, communication and problem solving skills are required. Familiarity with the community resources and ability to work under pressure are essential. Candidate must be able to multi task effectively and accurately. Candidate must have knowledge of the Microsoft office suite, primarily Word and Excel. Candidate must possess full command, verbal & written, of the English language.
